Location:  Torrerro's Mexican Restaurant on Harrison Ave., beside Sam's Club

Purpose of Meeting:  Discuss the formation of a working group to pursue the concept developed last year by the 2008 RTP Product Design Street Faire vendors.  Also introduce Tatyana Dillard (Industrial Design Intern from NC State University) to the group.  She will be helping lauch the co-op this semester by surveying the working group members to develop industry specific sections of the groups organizing document and guide.

Purpose of Working Group:  Develop a standards-based community that has a unified public face to the greater business community, both locally and nationally.  The document that we develop will serve as a public-facing guide to engineers and manager in the local, regional and national areas as they make purchasing decisions about where to develop new products.

Who Should Come:  Local product design, development and prototyping vendors who are interested in working together in a construction and substantial way to bring more business to local design community.
